For this purpose we use the email service provider Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), which processes this data as our data processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Data transfer to the USA is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF), under which Resend is certified (Privacy Policy, DPA). Processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. Your data will be stored until you request deletion, revoke your consent, or the purpose no longer applies. Mandatory retention periods remain unaffected. The lawfulness of data processing carried out until revocation remains unaffected.
Hosting, Domain Registration and Access Data
The domain fusi-engineering.de is registered through hosting.de GmbH, Franzstr. 51, 52064 Aachen, Germany. The website itself is provided via Cloudflare Workers/CDN (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the website, Cloudflare automatically processes information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. This includes in particular:
